You are an investment fund or an industrial shareholder, you own several technological and industrial companies, you want to create more value by transforming one of your companies, LET\'S TALK! The operational, commercial and industrial performance of your company does not meet your expectations: • The business strategy (resource allocation) applied by management no longer seems appropriate to you and requires a change. • Your company\'s key processes (trade, projects, supply chain, production, services, finance, HR, quality) could be more efficient. With a \"successful\" entrepreneurial journey and solid and concrete results, I have been driving change in industrial and technological companies for 20 years as CEO/CEO, or I contribute to it as a member of the board and /or coach of the manager in place. By relying on the company\'s key skills- I make a diagnosis (a few weeks) and my recommendations - I build the action plan in phase with all the actors concerned (shareholders, CODIR, OS, employees, bankers, etc.)- I deploy, with the teams concerned, the actions that will sustainably improve the performance of your company (several quarters)- I participate in the selection and training of my replacement if necessary Successful experiences in- industry (PSA, Valeo, Areva, Tolepe, Vynova PPC)- technology (Parrot, Elta, Seva, Car Telematics)- service (Akka, Abrisud, Masci)
