I am Head of Marketing and Communications for Creative Support, a national not-for-profit organisation promoting the independence, inclusion and wellbeing of people with care and support needs. I lead a large team of professionals whose skillsets range from design and copy writing to videography and podcasting. It is a huge privilege to lead the team and I enjoy my role immensely. As an AuDHD person, I\'m passionate about raising awareness of neurodivergence in the workplace. Additionally, I am proud to be a member of Creative Support\'s LGBTQ+ Network. I\'m an accredited Mental Health First Aider and I have a qualification in producing Easy Read documents for people with a learning disability.
