Responsible for planning, delivering and measuring all BAU internal comms including all-company weekly meeting, intranet content, bi-monthly guest speaker series and monthly Senior Management ‘Ask Us Anything’ lunches- Play a key role in developing and maturing the internal comms strategy to connect our people to the values and mission. As well as prioritising projects in line with business goals- Partner with HR to deliver the business focus area ‘Making Triodos a great place to work’ through communicating key initiatives such as gender pay gap, recruitment process improvements and onboarding experience.
