Owned the development and execution of 1440’s social media strategy on all social accounts growing to 1M in 12 months across Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads. 1440’s Instagram account achieved a 50% increase in followers alone, garnering 3.5 million likes, comments, and a 0.94% average engagement rate per post, along with a 4.37% engagement on reach per post. Developed a system in Google Analytics with the Head of Product to track organic conversions to 1440’s daily newsletter from social platforms, amounting in new users to the “sign-up” landing page, and active subscribers to the newsletter in 2023. Co-owned a social brand refresh with the Social Media Manager to develop and execute new templates across 1440’s social media platforms, resulting in a 27% increase in engagement in its first week of launch. Launched and managed video production across key platforms, creating daily routing/editing schedules, Q/A flows, and capturing on the ground content. Grew 1440’s TikTok to 36K followers and YouTube to 40K followers in 12 months. Liaised with Maven PR agency to pitch, edit and submit 1440 for awards and recognitions in the brand marketing space resulting in awards and finalist entries for Digiday, Shorty Awards, Top Women in Media & Ad Tech, and more. Worked closely with the audience development contractor to create, execute, and launch our first social audience survey. Survey reached statistical analysis with 432 total respondents. Of the 432 total respondents, 303 (70%) completed the survey.
