ABOUT LAUREN RONDOU
As a people eccentric Director of HR for over four years, I have had the privilege of building the HR department from the ground up at Numetric. This ongoing passion keeps me energized and eager to build a one-of-a-kind HR department that is truly focused on people and their experience! Don’t get me wrong I am all for the business, however, if our people aren’t happy and we don’t truly appreciate them they will walk. We’ve been successful at creating career paths and wonderful growth opportunities for our valued employees while still successfully growing our business. Benefits administration is probably the most rewarding part of my job. The world of benefits can be confusing and daunting for employees to understand at times. Providing in-house resources and being the main point of contact for all benefits questions throughout the years has been a huge success at Numetric. Employees are able to confidentially communicate with me when they hit a snag. Continually, teaching employees how to optimize their benefits is key! They won’t use features if they don’t understand the reward. In my free time, I enjoy home improvement projects, mothering my two boxer puppies, cooking, and overly organizing everything in my home!
