At Yuzu Corp, I support companies in the implementation, reconfiguration, and optimization of their HubSpot CRM. Working closely with a CRM Administrator, I lead strategic guidance, project delivery, and client support to ensure the CRM setup aligns with business goals and drives long-term adoption and performance. Main responsibilities structured around 4 key areas: Consulting • Lead strategic workshops to analyze business processes, identify efficiency levers, and design CRM frameworks aligned with business goals. • Provide strategic and operational consulting to align Sales, Marketing, and Service teams around a structured, scalable CRM. • Deliver personalized recommendations based on the client’s digital maturity and growth ambitions. • Support long-term client success, including CRM evolution and renewals. Sales Enablement • Deliver tailored training post-implementation or reconfiguration, based on user roles and business processes. • Design and facilitate customized training sessions: HubSpot functionalities, lead scoring, nurturing, and re-engagement strategies. • Create training materials for both internal consultants and clients: guides, templates, playbooks. Sales Ops • Advanced HubSpot configuration: custom properties, pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and automations. • Data migration, cleansing, and structuring to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability. • Analyze CRM data to generate insights, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. Project Management • Scope and define project objectives, success metrics, and key deliverables. • Coordinate both internal and client-side stakeholders, working closely with a CRM Administrator. • Ensure planning and structured project execution: prioritization, timeline tracking, and methodology. • Maintain proactive, transparent communication to keep all parties aligned and engaged
