Provide strategic HR leadership to Customer Service & Logistics, Global Procurement and other Supply Chain Initiatives, establishing credibility as an advisor and influencing leaders to drive impactful results for the overall business. • Develop and administer HR plans in alignment with organizational goals, collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure HR priorities support company-wide strategic initiatives. • Partner with businesses to implement organizational design theories and strategies, optimize capacity, and enhance overall performance. • Provide comprehensive talent management support, conduct robust talent calibrations, facilitate succession planning, and drive associate development and performance review processes. • Leverage HRIS analytics to analyze trends and metrics, derive insights to influence business decisions, and develop effective solutions. • Manage compensation administration, make recommendations, and oversee the review process, including base pay adjustments. • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, challenge unconscious bias, identify opportunities for improvement, and support affirmative action programs. • Collaborate with businesses to design and implement progressive people practices and strategies, foster a positive culture, enhance associate engagement, and drive accountability for results. • Provide change management consulting, drive continuous improvements in department efficiency by recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures. • Resolve issues by partnering with associates and management, offer coaching and counseling to improve work relationships, increase productivity, and promote retention. Conduct formal investigations and facilitate terminations when necessary. • Consult with corporate legal and human resources on various issues, escalate matters of particular concern to the Strategic HR Business Partner.
