Within my current position, I am responsible for the creation, delivery, and management of all external communications, working closely with the Communications Manager.My key roles include:• Creating quality and engaging content across all external channels that aligns with the strategic vision of both the communications strategy and our corporate plan. This includes but is not limited to managing the website and social media channels• Working to increase PR opportunities both reactive and proactive• Building and maintaining effective partnerships with external stakeholders and local organisations • Providing external communication support to colleagues across the business to help them achieve their teams\' aims and objectives• Evaluating content to ensure that it is compliant, meets regulatory requirements, and measuring its impact• Making editorial decisions about the content we use on our website, and keeping track of content generally to ensure it is dynamic and constantly refreshed• Responsible for the delivery of highly effective social media plans and campaigns in line with the communications strategy• Creating strong visual content to compliment all content including website blogs, marketing material, and social media• Creating positive customer interactions• Managing external communications projects from initial concept to final product, working with external agencies• Managing the digital engagement platform
