I’m an editorial director and end-to-end product developer who loves channeling the consumer mindset and telling powerful stories through product. Over the last 16 years, I’ve worked on both the corporate and creative sides of Hallmark Cards, Inc—including public affairs & communications, retail store team training, visual merchandising, packaging, retail gift and greeting-card product development and the creative writing studio—and become a trusted spokesperson for the Hallmark brand. I’ve provided voiceover for countless Hallmark products and corporate videos, and am a QVC-trained and certified guest host.
