I have 2 years of experience leading the BMO Product \'Pulse\' Team, dedicated to increasing employee satisfaction in communication, rewards & recognition, mentorship, personal & professional development, etc. In 2022, my team launched 22 net new initiatives for 150 employees on the payments product team, increasing townhall Q&A engagement, hosting several lunch & learns and launching a mentorship program.
