These events are designed to highlight the unique aspects of our developments and engage local residents, businesses, and stakeholders.Meanwhile Block Activation: Lead the Meanwhile Block project, a temporary activation site that brings together art, culture, and community engagement within the Park Union development area. Oversee the coordination of pop-up events, workshops, and other activations that drive community interaction and enhance the project’s visibility.Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between Norwood Development Group and the local community, ensuring that our projects align with community needs and expectations. Engage with local businesses, residents, and organizations to foster strong relationships.Content Creation & Promotion: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value and vision of Norwood properties.Budget Management & Reporting: Manage event and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maintaining high standards of quality. Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives and events to stakeholders.
