ABOUT JEFFREY FINN

I\'m Jeffrey A. Finn, serving as the Senior Vice President at Norwood Development Group in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My work is centered around the transformative revitalization and redevelopment projects in downtown and throughout Colorado Springs. With a profound commitment to enhancing the urban landscape, coupled with my passion for architecture and urban design, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate industry. Throughout my career, I\'ve embraced a continuous learning mindset, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that has contributed to key developments in the city. Notable projects include the ECO Apartments, Greenway Flats Permanent Supportive Housing, The Mae on Cascade, The United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum and Hall of Fame, and the Park Union Neighborhood. I am also excited about the upcoming VIM West project among other future additions to our vibrant downtown - including a new upscale boutique hotel and 30 West - which will be one of Colorado’s premier addresses to office. In addition to leading revitalization efforts, I also spearhead commercial and retail development at Norwood. This includes overseeing the design, entitlement, and construction of new retail spaces at the new Shops at Percheron. My role as Senior Vice President encompasses a creative and collaborative approach to lead infill development projects across all phases—from feasibility analysis, design, and entitlements to neighborhood engagement, financing, construction, and marketing. I also play a critical role in branding, lease-up strategies, and post-stabilization asset management. This comprehensive involvement ensures that our projects not only meet but exceed our community and stakeholders\' expectations.
