From the classroom to the conference room, I have always been passionate about coaching, facilitation, and learning and leadership development. After starting my career as a teacher with Teach for America, I transitioned into professional development where I worked with consultants, attorneys, and education executives at prominent companies such as AlphaSights, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and Slalom Consulting. With extensive experience in program management, learning design, and e-learning tools, I lead the creation and implementation of learning and development (L&D) programs, facilitate workshops, and offer training solutions to organizations.
