ABOUT LAUREL EVANS
I am a Texas-born, Milan-based, award-winning cookbook author, television host, video producer, recipe developer, and prolific blogger. Working closely as a team with my Italian husband, photographer and director Emilio Scoti, we create meaningful and beautiful content bridging America and Italy. On a typical day you might find me on the jury for an international cooking competition, making focaccia on a television show, consulting with restaurants on menu creation, on the road scouting for a food documentary, developing creative social media strategies and content for select clients, performing cooking demos, harvesting olives off the family land in Liguria, in my home kitchen developing recipes and dodging children, or simply enjoying a Negroni at one of my many favorite aperitivo spots in Milan, the beautiful city I now call home.
