ABOUT LAURA PACHON
I lead the Creative Hub in Puig Beauty and fashion, a creative inspiration and exploration working across brands and functions within the Puig Transformation Lab. Our work is built on four key pillars. Through Experience, we connect teams to the creative world with a bespoke calendar of cultural moments, immersive workshops, and initiatives designed to inspire and put our people at the center of what\'s on. In the GENAI Imagine Lab, we explore the transformative role of generative AI in OUR BRAND\'S creative processES, experimenting with new ideas and helping our people implement this technology into their everyday workflows. Cultural Activations bring brands’ causes to life authentically and impactfully, forging genuine connections with the creative world in art, design, photography. Finally, the Editorial pillar serves as a knowledge hub powered by deep research, ensuring that every project is informed, purposeful, and culturally relevant. In the Creative Hub we aim to foster curiosity and drive meaningful exploration by creating ui=nique expereinces and leanring moments.
