Responsibilities:Lead the strategic vision of OXXO Pay’s digital payments ecosystem within SPIN, including cash-in, wallets, loyalty, batch payments, and card-not-present. Drive the integration of verticals (retail, e-commerce, enterprise, and aggregators) into a modular and scalable platform, ensuring CNBV regulatory compliance while aligning the product strategy with merchants and end users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, legal, compliance, data, UX, operations) to deliver fintech solutions that combine innovation, scalability, and outstanding user experience.Achievements: Launched OXXO Pay with Premia, integrating loyalty programs to strengthen value proposition and merchant retention. Executed a successful carve-out of OXXO Pay (Conekta) into SPIN, ensuring no loss of value for migrated merchants. Incorporated Conekta’s technology into SPIN systems, enhancing infrastructure and platform scalability.
