I am currently working as a HR Partner within a HRBP team for Johnson Controls. With c. 5,500 employees across the UK & I, I partner with various senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, to support the organisations objectives. Specifically, I am allocated several lines of business (totalling approx. 2,100 employees) this includes:* ADT Residential* ADT Fire & Security (Sales, Install & Service)* Customer Service Function* Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement etc)* Global Marine & Navy business (for the UK)I support with planning and driving people initiatives which contribute to the employee life cycle, also retention, engagement, reward & recognition, diversity & inclusion, driving our High Performance Culture, people planning.I partner with various Centres of Excellence within HR e.g. HR Directors, HR Business Partners, the HR Shared Service Centre, Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Payroll etc.

As an experienced HR Partner, currently working for Johnson Controls UK & I with over 5 years of experience, I am currently partnering with various people leaders across multiple lines of business, to support with delivery of strategic people objectives (circa employees).Throughout my HR career with JCI I have supported initiatives relating to talent management, retention, onboarding, driven our performance process whilst also demonstrating capabilities to support with various people and HR projects. My key experiences include- Supporting with various HR projects; re-imagining HR and transforming our ways of working, supporting with implementing HR AI technology and encouraging stakeholder usage, implementing average earnings holiday payments through payroll processes, improving processes related to Right to Work and Visas to ensure compliance- Driving improvements in key processes such as; Improving the global requisition process- Partnering with business leads to improve diversity, create career ladders, drive talent initiatives to support succession and people planning- Managing and delivering HR Integration for newly acquired UK Acquisitions (from 15 to 50 employees) across HVAC, Fire Suppression and Integrated Systems.
