An experienced leader with a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and business transformation, now leading Culture & Engagement at Lidl. With over 20 years in the retail sector and more than eight years specialising in talent and organisational development, I bring a creative, strategic, and people-centred approach to building high-performing, values-led cultures. In my current role, I focus on shaping an engaging and inclusive employee experience, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning culture with business strategy. I am passionate about creating environments where people feel a strong sense of belonging, are empowered to perform at their best, and are inspired to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation. Holding a First Class Honours Degree in Audio Visual Media, I combine creativity with analytical thinking to design impactful learning and engagement initiatives, drive organisational effectiveness, and support meaningful change. My expertise spans culture and engagement, leadership development, instructional design, mediation, talent strategy, and organisational effectiveness—ensuring teams are equipped to succeed in an evolving and fast-paced business landscape.
