As HR Strategy Consultant at Hays I am responsible for shaping the right solutions for your high volume recruiting goals (Recruitment Process Outsourcing - RPO).My expertise in Talent Acquisition Management flows into the solutions in three ways: I support our sales team in deploying the right resources for your recruiting ambitions. This involves a sufficient number of Recruitment Partners and Active Sourcers, the seniority and language skills of the recruiters or resources in additional areas such as Employer Branding, Talent Relationship Management, Demographic Recruitment, etc. We put together the team you need to build your workforce.As a consultant, I am also constantly developing our RPO portfolio. To do this, I talk to customers, potential partners and colleagues worldwide and monitor the recruitment market. So that we can always offer you the services you need to be in the best personnel position possible.You can also meet me at workshops or conferences where I find out about new trends or give talks on them.I bring 10 years of hands-on experience to take your recruitment to the next level. I convince my coversation partners in German or English.
