Residing under the Professional Services Practice at Unit4, I am responsible for leading Professional Services engagement from first touch through to project mobilisation. Working with sales, presales, partners and customers, I balance delivery quality, complexity, risk, and contingency with the desire to win. My role sees me collaborating with PS SME\'s to align delivery approach and scope to sales development plans. I am also responsible for the creation of several programmes of work designed to drive ACV and NRR revenue within Unit4 as well as optimisation and strategic enhancement for the client base, ensuring that they maximise their use of ERP investment.
