The Professional Services Organization is responsible for partnering with our customers ensuring that they thrive and succeed with their goals using Skillsoft’s latest and greatest technologies. We very successfully merged two business units to form a team of over 100 global service delivery employees with responsibility for the Global Delivery of all Skillsoft’s learning experience platform and content products. Professional Services is the first face to the customer with our stellar implementations, that showcase our dedication to our customers right from the very start. We are so proud that last year we recognized 23% YOY Growth and a 70% Utilization Rate while maintaining a 53% profit margin to deliver over $21M of Professional Services.
