Reporting to Sales & Marketing Executive VP, I’m in charge for:\\\\n• Lead the design, creation and execution of the new CRM strategy\\\\n• Being the CRM Leader, work closely with the team and stakeholders to support marketing campaigns\\\\n• Look for insights and implement actions to measure, analyze and drive customer acquisition, retention, and experience\\\\n• Monitor KPI trends and customer behavior, collect data and prepare reports to develop actions aimed at ensuring performance improvement and cross/up-selling\\\\n• Support in monitoring and auditing CRM data accuracy, integrity, and quality through an effective follow up system new CRM Strategy\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
