Played a key leadership role in transitioning the office from remote to hybrid by creating a Return to Office Guide for employees after the pandemic, making seating arrangements, and implementing new Office Guidelines for all US offices. Sustained relationships and renewed vendor contracts for the US locations, saving the company $32K+ in vendor contracts annually while collaborating with vendors to facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly events. Oversaw allocation of a $520K experience budget for the US and over $1.2 million globally (covering facilities, virtual/in-person events, EOQ, and team meetings) across multiple US locations as well as all experience-related spending and EOY financial reporting. Created Sisense Perk Programs by sourcing new vendors and managing all in-person and virtual experiences globally, including wellness programs, social events, Lunch & Learns in the office, employee anniversary programs, and offsites for leaders. Conducted weekly orientation sessions for new hires to welcome them into the company while providing them with continuous support and mentoring during their initial training period.
