ABOUT LAURA GRANGE

As an aspiring marketing and branding professional with a strong foundation in marketing, I am passionate about brand management, product merchandising and development, and client engagement. My academic background at McGill University, combined with professional experiences at Apple and Pernod Ricard, has equipped me with the skills to analyze market trends, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver impactful consumer experiences. During my internship at Pernod Ricard’s luxury division, I collaborated with high-end clients, coordinating bespoke travel and event arrangements to ensure seamless, top-tier experiences. I developed and delivered a presentation on a new platform’s functionality, enhancing cross-departmental understanding and increasing adoption. Additionally, I actively participated in strategic brand meetings, gaining in-depth knowledge of luxury branding and market trends while supporting the onboarding of freelancers to meet strict deadlines. At Apple, I further honed my expertise in retail and client engagement by managing large volumes of customer interactions during peak periods such as Christmas and promotional events. I consistently exceeded performance goals, achieving an individual perfect Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100 for two consecutive quarters, and leveraged my product knowledge to create personalized shopping experiences that drove customer satisfaction and loyalty.
