ABOUT LAURA CLARK
I am a Partner in Knights\' Employment Team.I have worked with a variety of businesses from SMEs through to large international corporates on both contentious and non-contentious matters. My experience includes managing a range of tribunal claims involving issues such as redundancy, TUPE, equal pay, whistleblowing and discrimination. I also advise and train clients on general employment issues, employment contracts and severance agreements. I also advise on employment aspects of corporate/commercial transactions.I have recent experience of advising on post-termination restrictions, including working on a cross-team basis with our Dispute Resolution team to obtain interlocutory injunctions in the High Court to enforce employment provisions. I have a special interest in employment matters in the agricultural sector, and sit on the Management Committee of Lincolnshire Young Farmers and the Council of the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society.
