I graduated in Management Engineering from the University of Catania and began my professional career at Accenture, where I took on roles of increasing responsibility. My journey started in 2011 as an Analyst in the Financial Services sector, working on a bank merger project. At Accenture, I experienced rapid growth: within 4 years, I moved from Analyst to Consultant to Manager, continuing to gain expertise in financial services.In 2017, I joined Microsoft as an Account Executive, managing international clients while remaining active in the Financial Services market. In 2022, I shifted focus to the Manufacturing sector, where I spent the next three years. In 2025, I assumed responsibility for the Sales Workforce AI division dedicated to the Financial Services and Public Sector markets.I enjoy collaborating with people, whom I see as the driving force behind change and the ones who make things possible. I am fully committed to Microsoft\'s mission: to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
