ABOUT LARS CHRISTIAN HEIER
We are hiring: CTO/Tech Lead, Cloud architects, Senior backend/frontend engineers, management consultants, Digitalization experts, Machine Learning and BIG Data. BI ETL/Data Warehouse Developers and architects.NET and Java consultants. My background: I have 30 years of experience from management, sales and marketing. Has been involved in establishing and building up several companies. Through my roles as a leader, I have built up solid competence in areas such as business strategy, day-to-day management / administration, project management, negotiations, relationship building and personnel management. In all the companies I have been involved in, I have been responsible for recruitment processes and employment. This has been for positions such as computer technicians, IT security experts, middle managers, technical salespeople, key account managers etc. Since 2018 I have been a recruiter / headhunter and have been recruiting for specialist positions in the IT and consulting industry. During these years, through my roles I have worked closely with many different people both as a leader and as a motivator. I have received a lot of good feedback from employees on my ability to see and develop people.
