Member of the Responsible Business Strategies Team, which acts in a consultative capacity to bring the right internal stakeholders together to have the right conversations about how the Bank manages environmental, social, and corporate governance risks and opportunities from a cross-functional, cross-enterprise perspective.As the Corporate Responsibility Reporting Program manager, I am responsible from start to finish for the development of the Corporate Social Responsibility report in alignment with SASB and GRI frameworks. Including the management of external consultants who contribute to sub-projects that impact the overall reporting process such as materiality assessments, benchmarking research, ESG reporting trends and new disclosures, etc. Responsible for onboarding Workiva, an end-to end ESG reporting solution that enables cross-team collaboration and allows a better information control.Responsible for the strategic update of the Corporate Responsibility website, addressing the interests of the Bank’s different stakeholder groups, including investors, customers, employees, and communities. Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback regarding ESG ranking/rating reports, issued by various ESG rankings and ratings agencies, such as Just Capital, Sustainalytics, MSCI, etc, to maintain/improve the Bank’s scores in accordance with the disclosed information, and to use these reports strategically in the corporate responsibility report planning.
