ABOUT LARA CAIMI

I serve as a board director of Confluent (CFLT) since 2020, where I serve as a member of the compensation committee. Formerly President of Worldwide Field Operations at Samsara, reporting to the CEO, where I lead Samsara’s Sales and Customer Outcomes teams (half of the company’s employees) to deliver next-level value for an ever-expanding customer base. Before Samsara, I was the Chief Customer and Partner Officer at ServiceNow, reporting to CEO Bill McDermott, where I led an organization that included customer success, professional services, customer experience, alliances and channel ecosystem, and the training & certification organization. Across these 5 organizations with nearly 2500 employees, we managed 3 independent P&L\'s including a dedicated salesforce, and manage over $500M + in top line. We reinvented traditional customer success and innovated a new customer value acceleration subscription revenue offering which went GA at the beginning of 2022 and became the fastest growing product in the company\'s history.Before I was promoted to the Chief Customer & Partner Officer role at ServiceNow, I served as the Chief Strategy Officer first reporting to CEO John Donahoe and later CEO Bill McDermott where I oversaw corporate strategy, corporate development, customer experience, operational excellence, and strategic alliances.Previously I was a partner at Bain & company where I served clients in strategic engagements from M&A, integrations, strategy, operational efficiency, go to market strategy and more in the technology space.
