Professional Journey & Expertise: • Early Career & Education: My journey began with internships at CollegeHumor.com and TV programs like 30 Rock and White Collar, where I honed my skills in the entertainment industry. During my time at Syracuse University, I discovered a knack for investment trading, with early successful picks in companies like Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. This foresight extended to profitable positions in Tesla and Nvidia, demonstrating my ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends. • Family Office Management: Joining Chase Enterprises in 2014, I co-managed our family and company portfolios, delivering consistent returns that rival top wealth managers. My investment acumen also led me to invest in startups such as Hey Jane, Fluid, and Open the Portal. • Hospitality Leadership: In the hospitality sector, I’ve co-managed our family’s Florida-based assets, revolutionizing marina and resort operations with innovative technologies in internet, POS systems, and viral marketing. These initiatives not only enhanced operational efficiency but also positioned us as a global competitor with cutting-edge guest services. Creative Ventures: • Stop Motion Animation Investment: A pivotal investment in two aspiring stop motion animators led to the creation of Open the Portal Studios and the project Young Albert, marking my foray into the creative arts industry. • Production Achievements: Reconnecting with OTP during the Covid Pandemic, I took on the role of producer for Fall Out Boy’s VMA-nominated music video “Love on the Other Side of the Apocalypse.” Currently, I am involved in several TV/Film projects under development with Open the Portal.
