I am an IT executive with 30 years of leadership experience in aerospace and healthcare, specializing in IT operations, cloud, and enterprise transformation. At United Launch Alliance, I lead IT Operations across architecture, infrastructure, network, desk side, and cloud services, managing a $4M annual capital budget and directing a 60-member organization.My career is defined by turning IT into a business enabler. Highlights include:Building out a multi-cloud environment (Azure + AWS) to drive scalability, resiliency, and innovation.Launching one of the first government-compliant OpenAI chatbots — RocketGPT — balancing innovation with security and compliance.Reducing aged tickets to zero for the first time in company history.Leading the enterprise-wide Windows 11 rollout entirely in-house, eliminating consultant costs while achieving record-high IT service metrics.Negotiating vendor savings of $1M+ and embedding Agile practices to eliminate years of technical debt.Beyond operations, I focus on leadership development and enterprise strategy.
