Serves as a Senior Contract Specialist for the Program Executive Office (PEO) responsible for developing, standardizing, and implementing acquisition strategies to support background investigations of the federal civilian and contractor workforce. Duties include management and oversight of contracted IT services and supplies supporting PEO operations, systems maintenance, and systems development. Serves as a trainer for procurement package and requirements development and Contracting Officer\'s Representatives. Implements best practices serving to reduce and streamline procurement action lead times, improve contract administration and performance, reduce costs, and maintain and/or expedite performance schedules.
