As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I appreciate the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and young adults. I practice a warm, empathetic, and person-centered approach in my clinical work, dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and groups through challenges ranging from trauma and grief to life transitions and relational struggles.With training in evidence-based modalities—including CBT and TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Family Systems, and mindfulness/acceptance-based approaches—I blend structure with creativity to meet each client’s unique needs. My training is rooted in compassion and curiosity, helping clients not only heal but also cultivate resilience, motivation, and self-understanding.
