ABOUT LAKHI FALKOWSKI

I\'ve spent well over a decade working in partnerships and operations across product teams - from scrappy start-ups where everyone did everything, to large organisations with their own gravitational pull. The thing that\'s always held true: when you get the balance right between commercial thinking, real data, and genuine empathy for the actual humans involved, good things happen.Partnerships and start-ups gave me a kind of drive and accountability I\'ve never quite been able to shake. You\'re the mini-CEO of your patch - close to the commercial reality, responsible for the relationship, and constantly translating between requirements and delivery.These days, I operate at the place I\'ve realised I genuinely thrive and love - the execution gap between what gets committed and what ships. I care hugely about contributing to the culture of how work gets done, how problems get solved and driving outcomes - not just output. Good energy is a choice, and I try to bring it!I\'m a lifelong learner, deepening my skills in data analytics and anything AI - partly because the AI-native world is legitimately fascinating, but mostly because I like building things and tools have made that a lot more accessible.
