Passionate about my environmental footprint, I identified a gap in the bubble tea industry that is built upon single-use plastics and set out to solve the waste problem. My partner Derek and I created the first Reusable Bubble Tea Cup that was quickly and effortlessly accepted by the industry by bubble tea stores, chains, restaurants, and consumers alike. As a product-based business, we sell direct-to-consumer through e-commerce and offer wholesale to stores around the world. Our day-to-day includes manufacturing, advertising, inventory, customer service, social media, accounting, and more. Running a small business has been the most incredible journey for me to hone new skills and connect with so many communities, municipalities, organizations, and other small businesses.
