Managing and maintaining of Production, Disaster recovery and Fall-back servers.Worked on Production Drill & Restoration Drill for Treasury applications.Daily Monitoring of Applications, tasks schedulers, jobs in Control-M Automation tools, interfaces services and managing client installation.Working on service requests using the Incident / Service management workflow rose by business users and provide resolution.Monitoring database performance through the OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) Tool and Alerts related to OS, Database.Coordinating with different teams for closure of gaps and vulnerabilities within the servers.Troubleshooting issues on production servers like memory issue or slowness, file system related issue, File Permissions.Managing server inductions and migrations of DB and App servers.Managing and configuring SSL, SSLO, IIS, SMTP and Weblogic services as per the application requirements. Worked on Production Drill & Restoration Drill for Treasury applications.
