The NICT Director will help ensure that Disaster Cycle Services has capability and capacity to lead concurrent national level operations as part of our “acute to chronic” mission adaptation. The NICT Director will be ready and available to lead National Disaster Relief Operations on short notice and, in collaboration with Disaster Workforce Readiness, will strengthen our leadership capacity to support major DROs. The NICT Director will serve in any DRO leadership capacity and will be responsible for mentoring assigned mentees. Conduct DRO assessments to identify and help implement immediate interventions and to capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
