Kathryn Allen is the Director of Marketing for TheKey where she currently leads the company\'s B2B marketing efforts, supporting 140 sales reps across North America. Kathryn has held various marketing roles within the organization (B2C, B2B and Brand Marketing), helping grow the company from 30 locations when she joined in 2010 to over 250 in the U.S, Canada, and Australia. She was part of the core team that successfully rebranded the company to TheKey, previously Home Care Assistance, in March 2022.
