As the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Iowa Beef Industry Council, I put my extensive experience in the beef industry, love for serving others, and skills of combining tactical strategies and visual story telling to use. I feel extremely honored to have this opportunity and am eager to work on behalf of the beef community to promote the purchasing, preparation, and enjoyment of beef from pasture to plate. I\'m very passionate about agriculture and use my work ethic and attained knowledge to help me excel in various opportunities to promote and communicate an industry at which I love. Additionally, I plan to play a significant role on my family\'s farm where we raise purebred Simmental cattle and row crops in South Central Iowa.
