Head of IT Infrastructure @BioUrja Group

Reporting to the CFO managing a global team of help desk analysts, systems/network engineers, and consultants responsible for handling all day to day IT & OT operations ranging from server/network operations, cybersecurity, IT/OT Applications, and SLA\'s. Responsible for defining overall IT strategy, architecture, and processes for operations and divisions located in in Mexico, Canada, China, India, Dubai, Singapore, United Kingdom, and the United States for the following businesses: BioUrja Trading, BioUrja Advisors, RiverCrest Power, BioUrja Terminals, Energy Alloys Global Solutions, West Plains, and BioUrja Renewables. Responsible for all infrastructure architecture including new project sponsorship, design, and implementation in order to build and maintain a best in class/best practice centric technology team. In charge of identifying areas of improvement and implementing technology and procedures to ensure scalability and global availability while pivoting with an ever changing and nimble business practice. Responsible for the creation of and adherence to the global IT budget including applications and services, as well as identifying and acting upon cost reduction opportunities across all entities.
