Motivated and results driven former Oil and Gas leader transitioned to Carbon Sequestration, with a proven track record of building and leading diverse technical teams and delivering value-creating opportunities. Extensive experience managing technical projects and personnel, asset evaluations, and acquisitions. Oil and Gas experience developed upon a background in exploration of multiple basins including U.S. Gulf of Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Offshore Mexico. Repeatedly demonstrated ability to identify and discover hydrocarbons, including Offshore Mexico and play opening of the multi-billion barrel Wilcox trend. In the transition to Carbon Sequestration, implemented best technical practices from oil and gas workflows into subsurface evaluations for carbon storage. Project evaluations in numerous lower 48 locations such as Illinois Basin, Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast, Ohio, and Michigan. Synergies between the two experiences include success in managing diverse portfolios, developing and implementing business growth strategies, negotiating complex deals and partnerships, and effectively working with senior corporate leaders and governmental officials.
