Kyle AuBuchon is the Managing Director for Mosaic, bringing significant build-to-rent development experience to the team. Before joining Mosaic, AuBuchon served as Development Manager for NexMetro Communities, a leading single-family BTR developer in Arizona, Colorado, Florida and Texas that owns and operates the national Avilla brand of communities. Prior to NexMetro, AuBuchon worked as a Lead Builder for Houston-based David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately-held homebuilders in America.At Mosaic, AuBuchon is now part of one of the most experienced, in-house BTR teams in the country, which has collectively managed development of more than build-to-rent units in over 68 communities nationally. As one of the fastest-growing construction technology startups in the residential development industry, Mosaic is a Series B tech-enabled general contractor with a full suite of pre-development and GC services for build-to-rent and for-sale homebuilders and developers. Mosaic plans to expand nationwide into multiple markets, including Dallas, Austin, Denver, and Boise, in 2022.
