I lead product, operations, and organizational scaling for a high-growth construction technology company, partnering with the executive team to take the company from startup through $100M+ revenue growth. As the organization expanded from 15 to 100+ employees while integrating a 75-person general contracting division, I designed and implemented systems, products, and processes that improved efficiency, accelerated growth, and transformed the customer experience.I scaled operations from pre-revenue to $100M+, building cross-functional teams across eight disciplines and six time zones. I directed the design and launch of our first customer-facing application, giving clients real-time budget and schedule tracking, notifications, and aerial project updates. I also institutionalized a forecasting and work request system that processed $2B+ in project pipeline and deployed enterprise platforms—including Salesforce, Asana, HubSpot, and LMS—integrating them into core operations.My role extended to financial and strategic initiatives, including developing a customer acquisition cost model that drove reorganization of construction operations and sales. I also partnered with leadership on successful Series A and B fundraising rounds, co-authoring investment memorandums and pitch materials. Additionally, I deployed a no-code CRM to manage $500M+ pipeline opportunities prior to Salesforce adoption and oversaw talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to build organizational capability and retention.
