I also achieve maximum profitability by consistently monitoring/updating over 800 work orders and projects in a given territory. I conduct regular site and store visits to analyze and ensure completed job quality. I handle multiple assignments with fluctuating deadlines in a timely manner with limited supervision. I also reassign work, based on the needs of the customer and current workload in a timely manner.

Recently, I decided to start saying \"YES\" to all of the things that scared me. This meant having difficult conversations with loved ones and coworkers. Which in turn either strengthened those relationships or provided healthier boundaries. I even found myself in uncomfortable and unfamiliar situations more often. From said situations I either forged new friendships or picked up new skills. Saying yes even ultimately led me to return to college while maintaining a full-time job. After my 1st year returning to school I was inducted into an honors society. I also find myself pitching more ideas in the workplace and seizing opportunities I may never have just a few years ago. What I am finding is that on the other side of fear lies an abundance of growth and opportunity. It is now my goal to not only continue expanding this practice in my own life but to use my stories in every space I occupy to promote and foster more agile organizations.
