Hello! I\'m Kwontie Moore, a dedicated professional with a diverse background spanning nonprofit management, collegiate athletics, event coordination, and IT development. During my tenure at the University of Virginia, I served as the inaugural coordinator for a nonprofit organization delivering business education courses in correctional facilities, while earning degrees in Anthropology and Environmental Science. My academic journey included enriching experiences studying abroad in South Africa and Botswana, complementing my interdisciplinary studies. As a student-athlete on the University of Virginia Football team, I honed skills in teamwork, leadership, and time management. Post-graduation, I transitioned into roles where I combined my passion for athletics with community engagement, coaching college athletes and managing large-scale events. My experience with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) allowed me to oversee fundraising events and develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. In recent years, I\'ve immersed myself in IT consulting, specializing in digital transformation and risk management for businesses along the East Coast. I\'ve leveraged my skills to develop applications enhancing team efficiency and facilitate communications tutorials. Currently, I\'m pursuing certifications in IT, focusing on network building, troubleshooting, and protocol management. My career aspirations include merging my IT expertise with coaching and leadership development, aiming to contribute to organizational success through innovation and collaboration.
