ABOUT KWINK KURZE
In 2008 I started experimenting with YouTube and was hired in 2012 as \"guy who has done stuff on YouTube before\" at the newly established Endemol beyond. The business needed me to become good at all the background stuff regarding YouTube, so I did, attaining proficiency in interpreting Analytics and familiarizing myself with all aspects of Content ID. This led to me becoming a part of the international team at Endemol Shine Beyond. In 2016 I switched to HitchOn, an agency in Mainz, that allowed me to do a lot more creative work (which I love), work with young YouTubers, and still use and expand the knowledge I gathered.
