ABOUT KURT NEUBEK

Kurt is one of the few architects in the country specializing in Strategic Planning, Healthcare/Medical architecture, and Lean project delivery. As one of Page, now Stantec\'s Principals, he works with clients and colleagues across the U.S. and internationally. He has delivered tens of millions of square feet of projects across the globe.He is also leading Lean processes for some of the firm’s largest projects, coaching teams, and training people across the firm. His core services include strategic planning, strategic facility planning, master planning, predesign, feasibility studies, Lean coaching, facility programming, requirements management, and \"Getting Decisions That Stick!\" Kurt is a Registered Architect, a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects, a Fellow in the Health Facility Institute, LEED Accredited Professional for sustainable design, has earned his Evidence-based Design Accreditation and Certification, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a frequent speaker at professional conferences, having given more than 150 presentations at regional, national and international conferences and webinars. He is a Board member and Chairman of the Health Facility Institute and an instructor for both the Lean Construction Institute and the Construction Owners Association of America.
