I operate at the intersection of secure supply chains, cloud infrastructure, and global operations, bringing over 17 years of experience protecting mission-critical systems and sensitive data across government and industry. Throughout my career, I have built, led, and developed high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and security-first thinking in complex, high-stakes environments. At Microsoft, I currently serve as a Program Manager within the Sovereign Cloud program, where I design and scale solutions that enable governments and regulated entities to independently operate cloud environments aligned with strict security, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements. In this role, I partner across engineering, operations, and security teams—driving alignment and guiding cross-functional execution across key data protection domains, including data classification, access control, encryption, and retention. My work focuses on translating complex regulatory and geopolitical constraints into executable operational models that safeguard sensitive data while enabling scalability. Previously, I supported Microsoft’s Air-Gapped Cloud program, helping to strengthen some of the most secure cloud environments in the world. Across both roles, I have led cross-functional teams to develop and implement security and logistics frameworks that mitigate risk across highly sensitive, globally distributed infrastructure—ensuring strong controls around data handling, system access, and operational integrity. Prior to Microsoft, I spent over a decade with the Central Intelligence Agency, where I held multiple leadership roles managing teams across global logistics, secure transportation, and classified asset lifecycle management. I led and mentored personnel in dynamic domestic and overseas environments, built and scaled the Intelligence Community’s largest secure data destruction and sensitive asset disposal center, and established rigorous data lifecycle and destruction standards to protect classified information across the U.S. government. Across my career, I’ve consistently been a high performer and trusted leader in ambiguous, high-stakes environments—equally focused on delivering results and developing people—while advancing secure, privacy-conscious, and resilient operational systems. I bring a strong understanding of data protection principles and their practical application at scale, bridging strategy and execution to enable secure, compliant, and high-performing organizations.
