I build order out of chaos. As Director of the Project & Transition Management Office, I’ve led the design and scaling of a PMO/TMO from the ground up—driving efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction across a dynamic portfolio of IT services. I specialize in transforming how organizations deliver projects: implementing governance, standardizing delivery frameworks, and developing reporting that makes profitability and risk visible. My work spans presales engagement, M&A integration, client onboarding, and enterprise-wide change initiatives—bridging technical execution with executive priorities.
