I’m a Tier 3 MSP Consultant who thrives on making complex support environments work better—for both teams and clients. I specialize in handling escalations, reviewing technical processes, and identifying areas where steps can be removed, simplified, or restructured to improve outcomes. While I spend most of my time focused on process improvement, escalations, and planning for future business needs, I still take tickets like everyone else and handle daily work as needed.I don’t get attached to specific platforms—I understand that most tools in our industry serve similar functions with different interfaces. Whether it’s an RMM, PSA, backup platform, endpoint manager, antivirus, security software, or telecom system, I approach each one by learning its structure, understanding how it stores and presents information, and adapting my workflow accordingly. This flexibility has made it easy for me to move between environments and contribute quickly, regardless of the stack in place.I work best in environments that value independence, trust, and collaboration. I don’t wait to be assigned tasks—I look for what needs attention and take ownership of it. I’m fully transparent in how I work and communicate, whether I’m coordinating with teammates, vendors, or clients. I’ve been successful in doing this remotely for years, staying highly responsive and easy to reach when it matters. I also believe strongly in knowledge sharing; one of my core goals is to raise the technical confidence of the team around me so that everyone operates at a higher level.
